Found the recipe on the Facebook Sausage Debauchery group, looked easy enough for a first try and the main reason is i can find all the ingredients local

I quickly found out my Kitchenaid grinder attachment dont like fatty meat, i bought 2 pounds of lean and 3 pounds of fatty pork butt, the lean was not a problem, the fatty took 30 mins, had to clear the die twice.
Im going to need a dedicated grinder i guess.
The tomatoes are smoking as i speak, in the green pan in pic are the stuffer parts getting sterilized ready for my first try tomorrow, wish me luck
