Hi there . I'm a rookie at this sausage making thing. I've been trying to find a venison pepperett recipe but i havent been successful, can anyone help?if so you can also email me at peentee@sympatico.ca thanx

a peperett is 4-6 inches long and 3/4 casing. mild medium or hot or suscide
