Then I am making it without eggs! Its not bad that way.

Make them however you like them :lol: That is what is good about making your own, you tweek until you get it how you like it.

Made these last week as my second sausage batch. The came out fantastic!!
The only real thing I questioned was the addition of cure. Turned them suckers pink!

If it's better for you, I can't see any reason why the cure couldn't be replaced with plain salt.
