1000g Pork
100g Bread Crumbs
100g Water
12g Salt
100g Sundried Tomatoes in Oil Chopped Finely
5g Dried Basil
3g Black Pepper
Mix & stuff in the usual way. I tend to use sheep casings for these but use what ever you fancy.
