Out of curiosity, what is everyone planning food-wise for tomorrow?

Well NOT turkey that's for sure.
We're having home smoked salmon as a starter and a 24 Hour roasted Aberdeen Angus rib of beef to follow.

I'm afraid it is traditional for me - Turkey, ham, stuffing, veg, etc.

Am having roast canada goose stuffed with an 'everything' stuffing:- wholemeal breadcrumb base, with plum, cranberry, mulled wine, chestnut, port, chive, celery, garlic, salt pepper, 3 eggs, sausagemeat (already made and permeating). Pigs in blankets (homemade plumb and mulled wine wrapped with smoked homecured streaky bacon) roast spuds and parsnips done in lamb fat, ordinary sprouts, and honey and cumin carrots, peas and sliced onions in chicken stock. Gravy made from the goose giblets with cranberry sauce and honey added.
Starter will probably be wholemeal toast with homemade chicken and mushroom pate. Afters is traditional xmas pud (shop version, couldn't be bothered). The turkey will make an appearance boxing day for the in-laws, hopefully I will have some goose left... same starter.. same pud.

Cullen skink soup, home hot smoked salmon with a tiger prawn sauce, haunch of venison and three brace of partridge and to finish a double baked cheese cake or christmas pud (none for me though I am not a great lover of puddings and that is why I am only 16st!) then some cheese and port. Christmas dinner in our house lasts for at least two to three hours which to my mind is the right way , but there again I am a little old fashioned!

Boneless leg of lamb, some young asparagus, mashed potatoes with garlic and romano cheese whipped into them, and some ice ccream for dessert. Some serious yum-yum there :D

Classic Italian starter; Soup with tortellini,

Then Beef; Rib with bone with yorkshires,
veg; Sprouts, Tatties, etc....

To finish; Xmas Pudding, Trifle and Xmas Cake.......

Unfortunately, no sausages on the Menu.
