Cranberry topping

Postby Mike D » Tue Dec 23, 2008 9:00 am

I'll be making a turkey and ham pie with the leftovers from Xmas dinner and will be topping it with cranberries...I'll be using a hot water pastry and I'm thinking of cranberries in a jelly-type of thing.

Anybody have a simple cranberry recipe to top this off with??

Many thanks in advance!!
Cheers,

Mike

Cranberries, orange juice and sugar is all I use boil it until the berries burst and turn bright red. Equal parts berries to sugar and about half the amount of OJ simple as that, you could cloves or similar spices.
