Wood fired oven - Christmas day 2008

Postby mitchamus » Mon Jul 27, 2009 2:21 am

I stumbled across these pics from cooking lunch in my wood fired oven last Christmas & thought I'd share them...

6 roasting trays + room to spare!: (sorry about the blur)

Finishing off the veggies:

Meat out & resting.. (the bbq is not turned on... It was just a convenient flat surface!)
I should have covered the chickens in foil a bit earlier...

Many thanks Mitchamus,

But I still can't see them.

If you are having difficulty posting the pictures there's a tutorial here:

http://forum.sausagemaking.org/viewtopic.php?t=1610

As such, the forum doesn't host member's pictures - so they have to be hosted elsewhere: which you have obviously done. :?

Wow, that's one heck of an oven - do you make your bread in it?

I haven't as yet Phil, but will one day...

I've always wanted to slap a naan to the side of it and see how it goes...
I think I 'll do that next time we have pizza.
