They should have called this thing the wing-o-lator as its one of the best way to make wings that I have found. Made 60 for the family and a few guests.

I like my wings pretty simple. Season with EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika. Sauce was franks redhot sauce mixed with butter. Half and half of each.

Brilliant really nice piece of kit, could do a lot of other things with that as well.
