Chicken dumpling

Ok, i have some ground chicken and i was thinking about making some biscuit dough for some dumplings. i was thinking about mixing the chicken with some spices and some egg white sand then mixing that with the biscuit dough. any thoughts? i was thinking going 50/50 so its nice and meaty but also fluffy.
