Not bad at all. I may or may not experiment further.Im not that taken.
NCPaul is correct you dont want to try and impress someone with an experimental sausage use a tried and tested recipe to start.

I've got plenty of tried and tested recipes. It's the unusual I'm after now. Mind you, I agree entirely with the sentiment.

I wouldnt try the chopped hops it lingered for ages.
I recon a hop tea. If you want to try Ill gladly send you some Ive got 5 different varieties.
