Butchers sundries question

Postby Steve10001 » Wed Oct 17, 2018 6:29 pm

Hello all,

I recently bought a pack of sausage mix from butchers sundries, its called 'Premium Pork Sausage Mix' and it's awesome. However, I'd like to try to make the mix myself, but it doesn't show any ingredients on the package, it just says 'spices'. Has anyone tried this mix? I'm a total noob at making sausages and would love to know how to replicate this mix.

I would give this recipe a try then make adjustments from there. Many of us have made it and would be able to help you from a point we know. The "Premium Pork Sausage Mix" is not likely been tried by most (if any) of us.
