Starting out in the Gourmet Sausage business, selling top quality gourmet sausage from our stands at markets, street corners and festivals in and around Edinburgh and Scotland. Looking for a supplier of top quality products including German, Polish and British sausages. I'm new to the Forum (and relativley new to the sausage world) so apologies if this is the wrong thread to be asking. Looking for any pointers into getting this business up and running with a good, reliable and quality supplier.

I'm not sure how we can help from a business point of view, but 'buying in' your product will always leave you subject to "the vagaries of others".

Perhaps you should look to making your own unique product - it's the people that do that survive in the long term.
