Help on fermentation and curing chambers/rooms

Hello,
I am in the process of building my salumeri in the USA and am having a difficult time finding the equipment needed to build out our fermentation and curing chambers. The fermentation area is 6x6x9 ft, and the curing area is 10x8x9 ft. All recommendations are greatly appreciated.
