i am moving to an area of spain and i was wandering if any one knew of any restrictions regarding legal requirements for making and selling sausages there any info greatly appreciated

Most markets have people with home made chorizo and cheese etc but I do know that the lovely people in Brussels are trying to change all that, try writing to the local junta or mayors office for where you are going, people are pretty helpful.
