Hi lads

I have a few dry cures done but never a brine, i want to have a barrell that i can cure maybe 10-15 hocks at a time, and maybe a few ribs, is there a mix i can use to cover all these joints or will i have to weight every hock out and calculate my cure that way, im very confused on the whole thing
