Unfortunately you can't upload it here - it has to be hosted elsewhere.
Get your profile photo hosted as per:

Then click on 'profile' at the top of the page and enter the link to the host (as in the last bit of the tutorial , but without the 'img' and brackets bit at the start and end), at the section called 'Link to off-site Avatar:'.
