If I want to cure two bacon bellies, can I stick them both in one bag, or is it best to cure them seperateley? In one bag I mean one on top of the other (touching).

Aris,

Bacon was always cured one on top of the other in the past, this is a good way to apply the cure, Butchers nowadays will cure their bacon under vacuum to achieve this effect and to speed up the process.

Curing Bacon

If you are going to cure two pieces together, which is quite common. Place/stack them flesh to flesh and NOT fat to flesh.
