Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but what is the best way to put honey into your sausage? I haven't tried any way yet but thought just globbing it into your mixture wouldn't get it spread Out enough but obviously I could be wrong.

If it's a recipe with added water, it's best to mix it with that, otherwise, drizzle it in while mixing.

You might also look into trying some dried honey powder.
