mold 600 Q

I'm pretty sure I followed the directions right on the package I dipped the sausage in the mold just before I hung them to incubate . sausage look good but no mold growing its been 3 day out of the incubator and nothing at all growing on them shouldnt there be mold by now ? Thing my mold was killed somewhere down the line or is it just me ...lol

I usually see something within 2 days, so something is wrong. Can you iterate the steps you took, including how it was stored before using it?

Could I get some more 600 and try and dip them again ?

I think it took a few days the first time I used mold 600 for it to become visible. The first thing to look for is really fine white hairs growing from the sausage or a few really small white spots.

But mixing up some more mold and spraying them down again shouldn't hurt anything.
