I've just bought a job lot of reduced goats milk in Waitrose @ 59p a litre so I shall have a go at that this afternoon. I'll keep you posted.

Well, it made some good curds, I did add calcium chloride though. It's in the camembert mould at the moment and I'm turning it at frequent intervals to drain the whey. It seems a more delicate curd than the cows milk, tastes good though, and Roger my cat, thought it was wonderful. He loves cheese making.
