Hello all , does anyone know the procedure to cure a whole leg of pork into a whole Gammon, would be eternally grateful for your help :D

Hi Guiness,

There are a few threads already on the forum for curing a leg of pork into Gammon. If you search through the "Curing" section you will probably find the answers. It's quite a lengthy process but worth it in the end. I would help but I don't know much about curing lol
