Anyone interested in a "tinned style" Corned Beef

Postby Parson Snows » Mon Nov 15, 2004 8:38 pm

If anyone is interested in a "Fray Bentos type" corned beef recipe then let me know. If not then I'll be posting a salt beef/corned beef brisket recipe in response to some previous postings/requests (Oddley and such).

Kind Regards

Corned Beef Recipes

Sure Shuan

That was the plan, however, with limited time available it's going to be in the order that people have asked for, hence the poll.

Kind regards

Ham Recipes

Postby Parson Snows » Fri Nov 19, 2004 2:28 pm

Now I know that imageshack should work for what I want to try and do (Linking sketches) these are the next thing on my list. After that I will post Spuddy's ham recipe

I've revised this to THREE variations

1) dry cure
2) immersion cure and
3) combination/dry salt cure

with calculations for review by everyone, certainly Spuddy if he has the time. I will then do the corn beef recipes as mentioned in whatever order people expressed interest in.

Kind Regards
