croation bacon

hey y'all out there just tryed my first batch of Irish bacon. Turned out wonderfully. I am currently looking for a recipe for croatian bacon. I am not sure how it spelled,I think it might be cecin. I was wondering if any of you people out there knew anything about it. Or had a recipe.
