Trouble finding cure #2 in the states

Postby workhorse » Sun Sep 27, 2009 2:44 pm

Hi guys. I am looking to try some dry cured sausages this year, but the only cure I can find at the local shops is cure #1. I live in the U.S. and I am really struggling to find a place I can order from. I would prefer not to pay over seas freight, so an american supplier would be preferable.

Or here:

Delivery $7.50 - I don't know whether this works out cheaper?

Probably Allied Kenco out of Houston is closer to you:

Do read about the safe practices of using cures on the Allied Kenco website, sausagemaking site, and others.
