Bacon chops ?

Managed to get some pork loin chops quite cheap the other day, and thought about using a dry cure on them to do bacon chops.
How long would you leave them for, assuming all sides are coated ?
I will be using the shop cure.

if you use as per instrucions time shouldnt be an issue.But if the cure contains nitrate 10 days would be best.Just rub it in wrap in clingfilm or a sealable bag and leave it in a plastic dish and turn every 2 days.
