I am going to be getting a reasonable quantity of Mouflon on Sunday.I have a couple of recipes, but would be very interested if anyone has any more, particularly tried and tested ones.

Mouflon is a sort of primitve wild sheep.

Thanks for that link wheels. In the event it turns out that due to a communication misunderstanding between my wife and the meat supplier what I am getting is not mouflon at all, but fallow deer. :roll:

still, there are worse things to have.

Ok, got that. We have them here in Sweden too. Here they are called mufflons.
