Awesome Bread Recipe

Postby DarrinG » Sun Mar 02, 2008 4:24 am

I saw this on another forum and I decided to try it this weekend.

I made up a loaf this morning and WOW. I did some reading and it says to let it rise for 40 minutes to 1.5 hours.

Anyway try it out. Its dead simple. I recommend it. Sorry for the lack of pictures we ate it then remembered to take pictures.

Hi Darren,
we ate it then remembered to take pictures.

Yeuch.... :P

Or isn't that what you meant? Chortle!!

We've (that means my wife) just started making sun dried tomato bread. Fabulous with left-over sausages sliced inside. Even better to make bacon butties.
All the best - Ian
