Air dried cured Meat Techniques

I just had a look at my coppa and it has a few spots of bad mould on it. I have wiped it down with a vinegar soaked rag so will it still be fine to eat in a couple of weeks?

Probably is my answer. It helps that the coppa is nearly done.
