Hello all - First post
I've come across the "Trixie Thermostat/Hygrostat, digital, two circuits" on Am-z-n (other suppliers available) for what seems like a reasonable £55.31 if it will do the job.
I've contacted the suppliers in Germany with the following question, but have yet to receive a reply:
I am hoping that I can use this to manufacture charcuterie on a very small scale, and for that I need it to be able to:
1 Turn on a refrigeration unit (domestic fridge) when the temperature is too hot.
2 Turn on a heating unit when the temperature is too cool (50w reptile heater).
3 Turn on a humidifier when the relative humidity is too low (low wattage domestic item).
The temperature range would be typically 10C to 20C.
Whilst I appreciate that I can do this with separate thermostats/hygrostats is strikes me that what you offer is a nice and compact, self contained solution to my problem.
Does anyone have any experience of this item, or would like to comment on its suitability for a curing chamber?
Regards
Philip
