like you say when poeple find out that you make black pudding you all of a sudden have a lot of friends who would like to try it out!!
The only problem that I Came across was the size of the pan needed to cook them in on the stove I had to cut the casings down to fit my pan.
The next batch I will use a small fish kettle to boil them in.
