Hi all
Just joined the forum and have a million questions - well a few anyway!
My wife bought me an Amigo smoker for Christmas and so far we have smoked a piece of salmon for New Years Eve Dinner - nice too, if over salted - too long curing I think.
I'm a keen 'foodie' - hate the title, but that's me.
Off to trawl the forums to see if my q's have already been answered from others asking the same.
