New Project
Posted: Thu Nov 13, 2014 4:52 pmI’m looking for volunteers. I have an interesting sausage making project that I believe will help some members of this forum and I need help testing it out. It requires sheep casings or synthetic equivalent, cure # 1, and a fermentation culture. Also pictures! 
I would like to get started in the New Year or sooner if possible. I’ll compile the information in its own thread and all project results can be eaten.
