Charcuterie Club

Postby wheels » Mon Jan 18, 2016 11:08 pm

Many of you will remember forum member Quiet Waters Farm. Admittedly, he' no been around much lately as he's an Admin on the Salt Cured Pig Facebook group, as well as running a farm and charcuterie business.

As well as selling charcuterie, he ran a charcuterie club where for a subscription members received a selection of items each month.

He's started the club up again and the details are here:

I realise that most here make their own, but for anyone new to charcuterie production, it's a good way of getting inspiration for your own products.

Even though I enjoy making and eating all my own stuff, I'd sign up in a minute if I didn't live 3000 miles away!
