When trawling through the various topics within the forum I came across a post that contained a list of herbs and spices that had been converted from spoon to grams . Ive tried searching for it again to no avail. If anyone knows where it resides could they point me inthe right direction please.
Thanks,
Mike.

Hey Mike, I'm not sure where it is on this site, but Len Poli has a chart on his site that sounds like what you are looking for.

Thanks Phil. How did I manage not to find it?? By the By, made the local food heroes Pork & Apple at the weekend. Very tasty, very sweet (as Lance Cpl Jones would say).

It doesn't take much increase volume in a teaspoon to give quite a % increase.
