I would just like to thank ewe jokers very very much.
I don't hang around this place much as I am normally into the gardening/homesteading forums. But when I found this place several months ago I asked some questions about sausagemaking with my own killed mutton. I just wanted something reall basic and found sausages coulkd be just meat fat salt and peper.
I tried a few goes with varying results and had problems stuffin them into skins but recently I have been just crumbing them and adding a little extra seasoning and flavour in the crumbs with excellent results.
Bloody beauty Eh!
