Onion Powder Clumping

Introductions and chatter

I don't know if your question is for commercial purposes or what, but if you're trying to increase eye appeal for customers, why not vacuum pack pre-measured portions? That way it would be in an intentional solid block instead of the awkward clumping block. You could just advise massaging the package of spice prior to opening.
Chip the glasses and crack the plates!

When my onion powder clumps, I give it a wizz in my spice grinder, then it's as good as gold again. :D

Thats quite interesting...does it then re-clump at a later date or stay un-clumped ( if those are real words  )

Don't know normally I only wizz up just enough to suit my needs for the day, so I am not sure how long it stays unclumped for.
