My biggest fear in life is that when I die my wife sells all my stuff for what I told her I paid for it!!

Is that a good price for bags for chamber machines? Wesch's are £9.30 for 200. Now if they're embossed, then Wow.

Those bags aren't embossed.

Not particularly. Vacuum-pouches.com are £21.60, although you have to buy 1000, & there's a delivery charge under £50, but they do a wide range, including embossed.

Doesn't everyone use rolls for embossed bags anyway? I find them much cheaper, as well as more convenient.

I haven't asked them but I guess they'd do you fewer per pack (mine all come in packs of 100 or 200). If it's not urgent I will ask them (I need smaller packs of very large bags, & they've been extremely helpful with other stuff).

I use rolls and bags for embossed. Bags are much cheaper than rolls - or were when I last worked it out.

I keep both in, but 'by the metre' bags have always worked out cheaper. Are you finding otherwise from your supplier?

That said, I've not bought any for quite a while.

They've grossly overestimated the RRP of the stuff on their site, but good "reduced" prices non-the-less. £200 RRP for a 3ltr vertical sausage stuffer? £100 for 50m of 28cm embossed vag bag rolls?! Pfft

Very tempting to order the 7ltr sausage stuffer, although the missus may kill me when she sees the size of it.

Ha! I've just told her it makes a lot more sense than buying the 5ltr version I was going to get for £40 more, then grossly underestimated the size when she asked. Time to place my order!
