What kind of wood are the wood chips you sell on your website?

Aris,
I buy them from a timber merchants who bags the hardwood chippings , they are usually a mix of oak, beech, ash and cherry.

Have you or anyone else tried these? What is the smoke flavour like? I don't suppose your timber merchant can do the sawdust too? This seems to be the preferred fuel for smoking.
