Granite chopping board as pizza or baking stone - thumbs up

Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Not sure how much it matters but in actual fact I have the 1 inch thick kiln stones. I got a second one recently and measured before I ordered it. So far they work great sat together on our gas Weber for pizzas.
