Hi all,
I need advice on purchasing a new mincer. It needs to be a higher end one than the Kenwood MG510 as that just can't take the force I require. When I am mincing for my sausages I am including the skin as well and these lower end machines just can not take it.
Any ideas? Any of the top 2 from http://www.sausagemaking.org/acatalog/E ... ncers.html look pretty good but could really do with some help before making my decision. I've gone through 2 cheap ones now and am getting frustrated!
