Smoked salmon cure

Have just taken delivery of the above cure and am anxious to try it. However i didn't receive any instructions, can anyone help please

That happened to me once (different product though or else I'd pass the instructions on to you), if you send a mail to sales@sausagemaking.org they'll send you the instructions
