Just returned from holiday in Puglia, Southern Italy, and the food find of the trip was the soused Anchovies that they serve as part of their antipasti, absolutely delicious.
As fresh anchovies don't seem to be commonly available I'm thinking of using Sardines, which are cheap and easly sourced.
Would apppreciate recipes/comments.
Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, and you won't see him again for the rest of the season.
