Cos this is my vision of being able to cart my hobby around & carry on smoking regardless!

They are for sale on ebay, a good idea for coldsmoking, ..& simple to fit some of my much loved phenolic board on to assist temp regulation.

Just had a look on ebay and they seem well made. Prices are quite variable though. I'll watch this one as a reference.

Talking about 'things on wheels' I was at a food festival the other week and noticed some large oil drums fitted to a wheeled base. They had been adapted as pizza ovens to run on wood fed into the 'oven'. If you look carefully, you can see some wood sticking out the feeder - simple but effective.
