cooked & patted dry well crisped non fatty smoked bacon, minimum 6 rashers, fess up here we used 10.
blitzed in a blender until evenly distributed, same size bacon & salt granules
Sitting in storage (unrefrigerated) for use within 6ish months (apparantly).
