The bacon is incredible when done right, but the sausages... I've had several people practically prostrate themselves at my feet after taking a bite, which goes to show the humongous gulf between shop bought and home made sausages.

It's my Dad's birthday soon, and I'm in charge of bringing the meat. I can't wait 8)

Get a notebook and start making a list of what you had made and what you would like to make. I often look back through my notes for ideas. We can help you organize them based on equipment and degree of difficulty.

Finally got around to installing some shelves in my cold smoker! Bought a triple pack of cooling racks from Aldi, and cut them to size. Much better!

That looks superb. I also use cooling racks as shelves. They're excellent.
