Smoked cous cous (update)

:roll: ...tried it again today, ..just don't bother, pointless.

Not enough flavour passing into the grains to make it worthwhile imho.
(kept in the usual parfait jar sealed).

Bearing in mind that cous-cous is just another type of pasta, bulgar wheat may be a better option...

...or maybe not?
