20*F and a foot of snow..pastrami yard bird and pig parts

Its� 20*F outside and we got a foot of snow last night�.Whats a BBQ man to do? Cook up some pig parts and yard bird on the offset and toss on some pastrami for good measure. Part 1 is the meat prep.

Margarita looks good...its just about my size...don't worry..many adult beverages were consumed during that cook :wink:
