Dinner tonight

Going to have these for dinner tonight.

After a night in the fridge and Rubbed down with BIG RON'S RUB.

After three hours of Hickory smoke and getting foiled with beer

6 hours later the meat is starting to pull back from the bone.

Can't wait for dinner :)

OH thems was good. Meat fell right off the bone. And the dog just loved the bones to :D

Well if I can get the bones out of the dogs mouth Wheels I would be glad to send you some :lol:

Yummy :) .

Be careful about giving the bones to the dog, though. It's all too easy for shards to break off and rip the animal's innards apart.

I agree, cooked bones of any sort are no-go for my dog.
