Muffuletta

Tried to re-create a New Orleans classic I got a little carried away with the meats but it sure was good. Its big enough for about 6 people! Used mortadella, salami, ham, mozzarella, and provolone along with the olive salad.

Heres the bread

Looks good, I'd suggest the following:

Fold your meats interleave them and mix the cheese and meat slices more. Put a layer of your olive salad on both sides of the bread. Wrap in plastic wrap kind of loosely, and put in the fridge for at least a few hours or over night with a heave cast iron pan on top and perhaps something on top of that to flatten the wich and allow the salad to infuse the bread. Take out portion and pop in a panini press for a quick refresh and crisp up the crust.

I am the captain of my soul.

I knew I shouldn't have looked at this before lunch. How did you make the olive salad? Looks delish. :D
Fashionably late will be stylishly hungry.
