Did up a small ham

Don't Remember what kind of cut it was but I had this and decided to make it into a Ham.

After ten days of wet cure. (Maple Ham & Bacon Cure) Hanging in the smoker

Here it is this morning.

Here is the same piece sliced up. That new slicer of mine made short work of it.
It was pretty grunge when I brought it home. All nice and shiny now. Not bad for 250 bucks

Rest is going to be vac sealed and put away for a later date.
